I didn’t get an order confirmation email?

What if I've received a damaged item?

Please send an e-mail to support@chefclub.tv within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and any photos you can share of the damage—we’ll find a solution.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are not able to cancel or modify the order. 

You have the option to refuse the reception of the parcel to save the returning costs and to be refunded. To do so, please contact us in advance: support@chefclub.tv

What are the delivery times?

Our delivery time is estimated to be 3 business days. Your package is shipped within 24 hours after placing your order, and is usually delivered within 2 working days.

What is the delivery method ?

Usually we ship out with DHL. We deliver directly to your home, however if you are not present at the appointed delivery time, the package will be deposited in a relay point. The address of the relay point will be communicated via email by the carrier.

How much are delivery charges? 

We calculate £4.99 for orders from 1 - £19.99.

Shipping is free with orders over £20.

How to choose a billing address different from the delivery address?

Once you are filling out payment information, you have the possibility to check "Use a different billing address", and thus you can enter your billing information there. Once your order is validated, the billing address cannot be changed.

What should I do if the tracking indicates that my package has been delivered but I have not received anything?

We invite you to wait one more day ;) and to check with your neighbors or your building watchman if a third person did not receive the package for you.If you are still unable to locate your package, it is possible that it was dropped off at a relay point. Do not hesitate to contact the carrier and to tell us if the return is not satisfactory.

How do I return an item?

How do I return an item?

The return of items is possible up to 14 days after the receipt of the order. The costs of return-shipping your product are at your own expense and must follow the following conditions:

1- Make sure that the products are in perfect condition for resale (always packed).

2- Make sure that they are carefully packed for transport. You can reuse the original packaging. You will also find the return label.

3- Send us your return to the following address, indicating your order number and the reason for your return:

It is important to follow the evolution and the process of your return, we advise to have a follow-up in case of litigation. Once the products are received, after verification by our teams, we will proceed with the refund. 

Is it possible to exchange an order?

Exchanges are currently not possible. Contact us to proceed with a return and reorder.

How long does it take to get a refund for a return?

Once the returned products are received, we proceed with the refund. The refund is effective within 3 to 5 working days depending on the banking institution.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept visa cards, master cards and paypal.

Do you have gift cards?

We are working on a possibility to offer you this service soon.

Is it possible to pay by gift voucher?

We accept payments by Wedoogift gift card.The code provided cannot be broken, cannot be combined and can be implemented as a reduction voucher when paying for your basket.

How do I care for my Chefclub products?

Chefclub measuring cups

Chefclub measuring cups are made of non-toxic silicone and polypropylene plastic. They are freezer and microwave safe in 30 second increments. Be careful, our little characters must absolutely stay away from the oven!

The cups are dishwasher safe, but we recommend avoiding repeated washing, in order to preserve the characters from being damaged. 

Chefclub Kids utensils

The mini utensils are designed to resist high temperatures!

The silicone heads of the mini utensils are removable and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing the bamboo handles. 

They are made without BPA or any other toxic plastic.

Chefclub baking utensils

The XXL and Mini-Madeleine molds are made of silicone and a steel frame. They can be used in traditional and microwave ovens, in the refrigerator and in the freezer. For cleaning, the molds are dishwasher safe!

The baking mat is made of fiberglass and silicone. It can be cleaned with a sponge or in the dishwasher. Please note that you should not cut your creations directly on the mat as this could scratch it!

Chefclub Kids Linen

The apron is made of 100% cotton. We recommend washing at 30° in the machine. Ironing is possible at medium temperature. Do not tumble dry, do not bleach and do not dry clean. 

The baking mat

The cooking mat is made of fiberglass, which distributes the heat evenly, and silicone, which prevents food from sticking to the surface of the mat. The maintenance of the mat is very simple, it is dishwasher safe.

How do you know when a product will be back in stock or when something new has arrived?

You just have to go on the product sheet of the article and to indicate your e-mail address in the "soon available" insert, so you will receive by e-mail an alert informing you of the release or the return of the product.

To take advantage of our unlimited recipes on our application, there are two subscriptions available without commitment:

an annual subscription of £17,49, paid in a single installment, or £2,29/month
